Water conservation
Eurostar Nightstock is being equipped with an innovative system for the control of the hot water supply to the showers and wash basins. The system is timed and regulated via a Schrader Bellows pneumatic timer controlled poppet valve. This simple system developed in conjunction with G E C Alsthom Metro-Cammell from standard off the shelf products, effectively controls and conserves water consumption during the channel tunnel journey.
